  • 1 pre-made tart crust
  • 1 cup pastry cream or vanilla pudding
  • Assorted fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, peaches)
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Pre-Bake the tart crust according to the package instructions or your favorite recipe. Allow it to cool completely once it’s golden and crisp.
  2. Spread the pastry cream or vanilla pudding evenly over the entire surface of the tart, creating a smooth layer.
  3. Arrange the assorted fresh fruits right on top of the cream in a creative way.
  4. Melt the apricot jam and water in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  5. Glaze the fruit by applying the jam mixture over it to add shine and flavor.
  6. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
